Return policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date of receipt to initiate a return.
To be eligible for a return, all items must be returned in the condition in which they were received, unworn or unused, with all tags and in its original packaging including any accessories. Returns will be refused if items arrive used or damaged due to improper packaging. Special closeout items may be listed as "Final Sale" these items cannot be returned.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
If you decide that you want a different size, color, or style, please set up a return for a refund and place a new order. Placing a new order now will expedite the arrival of your new item and help to ensure it won't go out of stock. Your refund will be processed as soon as we receive your return.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, too. Should the original payment method no longer be valid for any reason, we will issue a Crocozebra store credit for the account associated with your order on crocozebra.com, and you can use it for any future purchases.
Returns Fraud: If a return using our prepaid return label shows delivery to a location that is not our warehouse and follows the patterns associated with fraud, we will not process a refund.
Fraudulent Activity: Unfortunately, online fraud is very common. We review 100% of orders placed online to prevent fraudulent transactions from being processed. If we concerns with an order, we will place that order on hold and reach out to get clarification. Fraud concern must be addressed within 7 days, otherwise the order will be canceled.
If we detect a pattern of fraudulent orders, returns, and/or chargebacks, we reserve the right to refuse processing of any future orders.
