At Crocozebra, weโ€™re committed to getting your little adventurers outfitted and out the door as smoothly as possible. Here's how our shipping process works:


๐Ÿ“ฆ Shipping Methods

All orders are shipped from Tacoma, Washington. Delivery times vary by location and carrier. Typical arrival:

  • East Coast: 5โ€“7 business days
  • Other U.S. regions: 3โ€“6 business days

Cost:

  • Free for orders over $100
  • $9.95 flat rate for orders under $100

We ship to all 50 U.S. states:ย AL, AK, AZ, AR, CA, CO, CT, DE, FL, GA, HI, ID, IL, IN, IA, KS, KY, LA, ME, MD, MA, MI, MN, MS, MO, MT, NE, NV, NH, NJ, NM, NY, NC, ND, OH, OK, OR, PA, RI, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VT, VA, WA, WV, WI, WY

Note: Please allow extra time during peak holiday seasons (late November through early January), especially for East Coast deliveries.


๐Ÿš— Local Expedited Delivery (Seattle Metropolitan Area)

For customers located within a 60-mile radius of Tacoma, Washington, we offer same-day local delivery.

Cost:

  • Free for orders over $350
  • $25 flat rate for orders under $350

Delivery Timing:

  • Orders placed before 12:00 PM PST will be delivered by evening the same day
  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM PST will be delivered the following day

๐Ÿ› ๏ธ Processing & Handling

  • Orders placed before 12:00 PM PST are shipped the same day
  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM PST will be shipped the next business day

Youโ€™ll receive an order confirmation once your purchase is received, and a shipping confirmation with tracking info once your order ships.


๐Ÿšซ Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship within the United States only. Unfortunately, we do not ship to:

  • American Samoa
  • Federated States of Micronesia
  • Guam
  • Marshall Islands
  • Northern Mariana Islands
  • Palau
  • Puerto Rico
  • Virgin Islands
  • Armed Forces (Americas/Europe/Pacific)

Note: Our carriers observe federal holidays and do not operate on those days.

If you're experiencing complications with your delivery, please contact the shipping carrier directly. Crocozebra is unable to make changes or provide additional information once a shipment has left our facility.

We are not liable for lost packages due to address errors, so please double-check your shipping details before placing your order.
