At Crocozebra, we’re committed to getting your little adventurers outfitted and out the door as smoothly as possible. Here's how our shipping process works:


📦 Shipping Methods

All orders are shipped from Tacoma, Washington. Delivery times vary by location and carrier. Typical arrival:

  • East Coast: 5–7 business days
  • Other U.S. regions: 3–6 business days

Cost:

  • Free for orders over $100
  • $9.95 flat rate for orders under $100

We ship to all 50 U.S. states: AL, AK, AZ, AR, CA, CO, CT, DE, FL, GA, HI, ID, IL, IN, IA, KS, KY, LA, ME, MD, MA, MI, MN, MS, MO, MT, NE, NV, NH, NJ, NM, NY, NC, ND, OH, OK, OR, PA, RI, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VT, VA, WA, WV, WI, WY

Note: Please allow extra time during peak holiday seasons (late November through early January), especially for East Coast deliveries.

⚡ Expedited Shipping

Need your gear faster? We offer a 1-2 day expedited shipping option, which you can select at checkout.

  • Delivery: 1-2 business days
  • Cost: $35 flat fee
  • Processing: Processed the same day! (Orders must be placed before 4:00 PM PST for same-day processing).

🚗 Local Expedited Delivery (Seattle Metropolitan Area)

For customers located within a 60-mile radius of Tacoma, Washington, we offer same-day local delivery.

Cost:

  • Free for orders over $350
  • $25 flat rate for orders under $350

Delivery Timing:

  • Orders placed before 12:00 PM PST will be delivered by evening the same day
  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM PST will be delivered the following day

🛠️ Processing & Handling

  • Orders placed before 12:00 PM PST are shipped the same day
  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM PST will be shipped the next business day

You’ll receive an order confirmation once your purchase is received, and a shipping confirmation with tracking info once your order ships.


🚫 Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship within the United States only. Unfortunately, we do not ship to:

  • American Samoa
  • Federated States of Micronesia
  • Guam
  • Marshall Islands
  • Northern Mariana Islands
  • Palau
  • Puerto Rico
  • Virgin Islands
  • Armed Forces (Americas/Europe/Pacific)

Note: Our carriers observe federal holidays and do not operate on those days.


📬 Delivery Issues

If you're experiencing complications with your delivery, please contact the shipping carrier directly. Crocozebra is unable to make changes or provide additional information once a shipment has left our facility.

We are not liable for lost packages due to address errors, so please double-check your shipping details before placing your order.
